How long does it take to deliver a tour?
The photo session takes 1–2 hours on-site. The finished tour is ready within 48 hours — often sooner.
Can I order a monthly agency package?
Yes. For agencies ordering 5 or more tours per month we offer packages with a discount and a dedicated account manager. Contact us to discuss.
How do I embed the tour on Otodom or another portal?
We provide a ready-to-paste iframe link for any listing. Step-by-step instructions are included with the tour link.
How long is the tour hosted?
Hosting is active for the full listing period — no fixed time limits. When the listing closes you can deactivate or keep the tour for future reactivation.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes. A VAT invoice is issued for every order. The cost qualifies as a business expense for real estate agencies.
Do you serve agencies outside Wrocław?
Our main area is Wrocław and Lower Silesia. We also take on projects in other cities — travel costs are quoted individually. Ask us.
