Kiedy najlepiej wykonać sesję — w trakcie budowy czy po wykończeniu?
Idealnie po wykończeniu lokalu pokazowego — to moment, w którym przestrzeń prezentuje się najlepiej. Możemy też dokumentować mieszkania gotowe tuż przed wydaniem kluczy.
Czy spacer zastępuje lokal pokazowy?
W dużej mierze tak. Klient z Gdańska czy Krakowa może obejrzeć układ, wykończenie i proporcje bez przyjazdu do Wrocławia. Lokal pokazowy nadal sprawdza się do spotkań z klientami lokalnymi.
